Appointments are not necessary and we do welcome walk-ins. Although, we do recommend making an appointment if possible to guarantee an appointment time and are able to book you with someone that fits your needs.
We do accept returns within 30 days, but only for store credit or product exchange.
Yes, children are welcome with adult supervision.

We do have a lost and found, although we are not responsible for lost items.
Your certificate is considered the same as cash. It is necessary to keep track of this valuable property.
Most of our team members require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Some may even charge a cancellation fee, so be sure to provide enough notice.
